Classroom Data Collection

This training for professionals from the DNEA will review classroom-based data collection systems, procedures, and methods designed to measure student learning and instructional efficacy. Participants will learn how to design data collection systems that ensure fidelity across team members and tracking mechanisms for streamlining team planning.
Introduction to the Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for Supporting the Instruction of Students with Autism

This training for professionals from the DNEA is designed to provide foundational knowledge in the principals of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and how they are incorporated into evidence-based practices for autism. Participants will receive a review of the core characteristics and the learning needs of students identifies as having autism. Time will be spent understanding ABA, task analysis, reinforcement, and the learning cycle in preparation for more advanced trainings.
