What is the Family SHADE mini grant program?

Family SHADE’s mini grant program provides funds and technical support to community-based organizations serving Delaware children and youth with special healthcare needs.

Three mini-grants are awarded each year. Mini-grantees focus their work on topics related to transition to adult healthcare and/or medical home.
