What is the Family SHADE learning community?

Family SHADE’s learning community is comprised of free trainings and workshops tailored to families of children and youth with special healthcare needs, community organizations and members of the Family SHADE Leadership Network (FSLN).

Four trainings are held each year with topics related to related to transition to adult healthcare and/or medical home.
