State rep. says blogs are falsely claiming his bill will push suicide on mentally disabled

Del. State Rep. Paul Baumbach spoke with Delaware 105.9 FM, claiming that blogs are misinterpreting his end-of-life bill. Baumbach says the amendment to the bill would not force suicide on people with intellectual disabilities but instead provide additional protection, such as time to make decisions.
