People with disabilities left out of climate planning

A report released in June from the Disability Inclusive Climate Action Research Program at McGill University and the International Disability Alliance says that only a fraction of the countries signed onto the 2015 Paris Agreement have included people with disabilities in their climate adaptation plans, and none in their climate mitigation plans.
