Judge: NC Voters with Disabilities Can Choose Who Help Them

A federal judge has blocked a North Carolina law restricting who a person with disabilities can enlist for assistance in completing an absentee ballot. The judge ruled that the law conflicted with the federal Voting Rights Act.
