State officials are confirming cases in 20 New Castle County residents, three Kent County residents and three Sussex County residents. Just one week ago, Delaware announced its first confirmed case of COVID-19. The News Journal also notes changes and updates to food bank operations, restaurant and other business operations, unemployment and the state’s April 28 primary.
