Carney announces stay-at-home order for Delaware, effective Tuesday

In an effort to curb the coronavirus, Gov. John Carney ordered Delaware residents to stay at home and closed nonessential businesses in the state starting Tuesday at 8 a.m. However, residents can leave their homes for medical care and shop for groceries. The order will remain in effect until May 15, "or until the public health threat is eliminated."
