California Attorney General Xavier Becerra

Delaware’s attorney general joined 14 other state attorneys general and California’s attorney general, Xavier Becerra, who filed a motion to intervene in a lawsuit in a Texas federal district court that would impact health care coverage through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for senior citizens, children and people with disabilities.
