The ARC of Delaware

The Arc of Delaware promotes and protects the rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.  The Arc of Delaware also provides referrals, training and assistance to individuals, direct service and assistance with housing and employment.
