Parent to Parent (P2P)
Parent to Parent is a statewide network of parents supporting families of children with developmental delays, disabilities, and special health care needs. Trained supporting parents, offer one-on one emotional support and information, and act as a valuable resource to families. The program matches parents looking for an emotional supportive relationship with a parent that is further along on their journey. Delaware Family Voices (DEFV) is the official state chapter in Delaware approved by Parent to Parent USA to participate in the national Parent to Parent program.
