Delawareans may qualify for new tax deductions beginning in 2023 by contributing to a Delaware 529 Education Savings Plan or to a 529 (DEpend) ABLE account. The DEpendABLE Account for people with disabilities allows for greater deductions when saving for the cost of higher education, trade schools and other post secondary education programs.
