A report from the UN Committee on the Rights of People with Disabilities has sounded the alarm about the inability of disabled Ukranians to flee the war-torn country or receive critical supplies. Aid organizations are ill-equipped to assist refugees with disabilities, and those trapped in place have been disconnected from their support networks.
