Contact tracing plan for Delaware announced

Delaware has contracted with NORC, a research institution affiliated with the University of Chicago, to implement a contact-tracing plan. Individuals who have encountered a person who tested positive for COVID-19 will be expected to self-isolate. Healthy Communities Delaware, a public health coalition, will ensure Delawareans with disabilities and others who need extra support to safely self-isolate receive the accommodations they require.
