Homelessness advocates seek help from state amid coronavirus outbreak

Advocates supporting people who are homeless have written Gov. John Carney, noting that many homeless people are at high medical risk and are unable to self-isolate. The advocates are calling for increased and alternative shelter capacity and safe options for homeless people with symptoms of the coronavirus.
