Gov. Carney signs FY19 budget

Gov. John Carney signed the state’s 2019 operating budget.
Gov. Carney signed Delaware’s $4.32 billion 2019 budget. The spending plan includes $1,000 salary increases for state workers and $4.6 million for care providers for individuals with disabilities. It also restores funding to aid seniors with prescription drug costs and the Meals on Wheels program.
