Justice dept. says crucial provisions of Obamacare are unconstitutional

The Trump administration informed a federal court that it would no longer defend provisions of the Affordable Care Act that protect individuals with preexisting medial conditions. In a court case filed by Texas, The Justice Department stated that the requirement for individuals to have insurance is unconstitutional.
