Bio:
Regan is an Academic Program Coordinator for Spectrum Scholars, a comprehensive college-to-career program for UD undergraduates on the autism spectrum. She supports students by providing one-on-one and small group coaching, focused on Academics, Executive Functioning, Physical & Mental Wellbeing, Social Engagement, Interdependent Living, Self-Determination, and Career Exploration.
Regan brings a strong background in special education, consultation, and behavioral support to Spectrum Scholars. She previously worked in school settings as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), partnering with professionals and families to design meaningful, individualized interventions. Prior to consulting, she served as an autism classroom teacher and ABA Coach. Deeply tied to the University of Delaware, Regan has mentored future educators as a field instructor across multiple undergraduate and graduate programs in the School of Education and holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in special education from UD.
Outside of work, Regan loves warm weather, sipping coffee, and spending quality time keeping up with her family.
